ASA Harmful ads: Criminal damage - Kids are smoking in a black and white picture for a clothing brand. - It's condoning and encouraging an unsafe practice for small kids. -ASA took done the advert because a member of the public complained that it was irresponsible. Miu Miu (Prada)  - Teenage girl sitting in a train track. - the ad shows her breaking the law as your not allowed to be sitting on a train track. -ASA did not take down the advert because it was advertised on an adult fashion magazine so kids wouldn't see it.
